Something's going around DA.  It's this disease they called Taggeditis, and the only cure seems to be to post 20 facts about yourself in your journal.  And because I feel like such a sheep today, I'll guess I have to do it, too.

1) I frequently meow, hiss, purr, snarl, and do other cat-like things without thinking about it.

2) I frequently file my nails into points.

3) I have an obsession with the number three; if I have to pick a number, wait for the phone to ring (unless eagerly awaiting a call,)  or do anything that can be done in quantities, three is the number!

4) I love vampires, collect dragons, wear black, and write poetry and prose, but I AM NOT A GOTH!

5) I have an exceptional amount of control over my temper around those who don't know me, but a terrible control over it with family and close friends.

6) I am a little too prideful at times, and can be very sensitive about my talents.

7) I love cats so much, I have seriously shunned and/or frightened people--friends and strangers--who have offended them, even in jest.

8) I frequently dream about two things: flying, and my late cat Ezmerelda.

9) My longest relationship to this day was not with my current fiance (11 months running!) My relationship with Kyle lasted nearly five years, I encountered him for about five minutes, and within five days of breaking up with him, I was dating again.  I was engaged to Gerry ten months later.  (Oh yea--Kyle and I were never engaged.)

10) I have always dreamed about being a writer.  Due to my need to impress, hhowever, I started a second version of the same novel.  It is in third person, and the languaged is toned down so that readers with less vocabulary (or patience) can get through it.

11) Since age 8, my literary and roleplay character "Chrishankhah" has not only been my childhood hero, she has been my imaginary friend and alternate identity.

12) Loss of my cat Ezmerelda in September 2004 brought up an inner conflict I never knew I had before; I had conflicting beliefs and no solid faith.  Two months later, Gerry had guided me back into Christianity, and life has become much clearer since.

13)  I am a packrat; a victim of variety of OCD called "hoarding."  I put an extreme amount of sentimental value in old school papers, lousy sketches, even candy wrappers, and dislike throwing stuff away.

14) I am addicted to the claw machines frequently found in arcades, amusement parks and restaurants.

15)  I suspect, due to patterns in my school performance and general behaviour, that I have ADD -- but I've never been diagnosed.

16) I HAVE been diagnosed with photophobia; my eyes are light sensitive, and I frequently grow dizzy and faint in daylight.

17)  My body temperature is slightly lower than average throughout the day, but it is feverish each morning.  (For most people, body temperature is lower in the morning.)

18)  I live in Pennsylvania, frequently go through woods, but I've never caught poison ivy.

19)  I am insomniac and a light sleeper.  My sleeping patterns are awkward; if opportune, I will wake up at 7:00 PM one day, 2:00 PM the next, and 3:00 AM another day.

20)  I never had a stable accent.  I was obsessed with practicing different voices as a kid, and throughout late middle school/early high school, I spoke with a perfect British-English dialect.  By grade 11, I had the ability to gain back my American accent, but it frequently mixed with other things, and I found that after hearing any dialect for awhile, the accent would slowly creep its way into my own voice.  At the moment, my voice sounds a cross between South-Western Canadian and Eastern American.

Bonus:  I'm ultra conservative, but I supress my political views for the sake of peace.  I do prefer to do things the way they were intended, however; I even eat chinese food with chopsticks! :-D
